The Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC), in cooperation with the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is looking for Requests for Proposals for the mitigation portion of the funding.

This PDF shows the opportunities that exist for requesting funding to assist in kelp restoration and the rebuilding of our fishing grounds. Pre-proposals for grant money ($656,734 available) for the Research on Kelp Restoration Program are being accepted by the PSMFC. Your pre-proposal must meet the requirements in the attached RFP.
